INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION

Each project begins with an Initial Design Consultation. This meeting takes place at your premises, where we take the time to understand your lifestyle, values, and vision. We will explore your current space, future plans, ideas, preferred style, timelines, and budget to establish the scope of work needed to bring your vision to life. 

During this relaxed yet thorough meeting, we provide professional advice, recommendations, and guidance, ensuring you feel confident that we’ll deliver a design that goes beyond your expectations.

During this phase, we will deliver a return brief with fee proposal with an overall Design Narrative that captures the design style and direction of the exciting project ahead. This narrative outlines the vision and approach for the design, ensuring clarity and alignment before moving forward.

INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

It’s the final touches that make a space feel warm and inviting. We handle the sourcing process for you,  saving you time while curating beautiful, hard-to-find pieces that complete your home.

We offer flexible guidance tailored to your needs, including:

- Spatial planning
- Furniture sourcing
- Curtains and Window treatments 
- Artwork, lighting and rug selections
- Onsite styling

Designer fees are provided after the initial consultation.

BESPOKE JOINERY DESIGN

Sometimes, standard furniture pieces just doesn’t fit a space as perfectly as custom-designed joinery. 

At EP Interiors, we tailor each design to maximise space while complementing your home’s existing design and aesthetics. Our bespoke joinery design includes:

- 3D Spatial planning/drawing - Visualise the joinery within your space. 
- Custom-Designed Cabinetry -Detailed dimensions for a perfect fit .
- Builder-Ready Documentation - Ready for quoting and building. 
- All Materials and Finishes included - Specified to match your style.
