Each project begins with an Intial Design Consultation. This meeting takes place at your premises, where we get to know you and your core values. We will discuss your home or current -fit out, your future plans, ideas, preferred style, timeline and budget to understand the scope of works that a concept will be based upon.

We will provide professional advice, recommendations and guidance during this meeting. It is aimed to be relaxed yet thorough, fun and exciting where you are left with confidence that we will deliver your new project with ‘wow factor’ and go beyond your expectations.

During this phase, we will deliver a return brief with fee proposal with an overall vision board captures the design style and direction of the exciting project ahead.

Whether it be new builds, renovations, refurbishments, or cosmetic upgrades; we understand the importance of balancing functionality, aesthetics and the individuality of every client.

Packages are customized to individually suit the client's brief, where we can provide the following;

• Full interior design packages

• Condensed interior design packages

Full Design documentation and 3D visualisation are predominately used to assist the client in understanding the overall design vision.

Design fees are priced following the initial design consultation.

It’s the final touches that allow a space to feel warm and homely. We take the timely process out of sourcing and assist our clients to find the perfect, hard-to-find pieces.

We can provide as little or as much guidance as required to assist in the styling services which include;

• Spatial planning

• Furniture sourcing

• Window treatments, Artwork selection, Decorative, lighting sourcing ,Rug suitability

• Onsite styling

Designer fees are priced following the initial consultation

Sometimes using standard furniture pieces will never fit a space as well as something built specifically for it.

At EP Interiors, we will specifically tailor the design to fully maximize the space while considering the current design/aesthetics of your house. All of our design includes

• 3D Spatial planning/drawing of the joinery in the room

• Custom-designed cabinetry in detailed dimensions

• Ready to be used by the cabinet maker for quotation & Build

• All materials/finishes included
